As the company grew, external vendors and teammates across marketing, sales, and business development each created internal and external communication collateral in different ways, resulting in inconsistencies and rework between them and design vendors.
This led to misaligned brand touchpoints and unnecessary operational costs.
My work on the brand refresh for LifeLabs Learning also included completely revamp their existing brand guidelines document. I elaborated on all brand assets and how to use them. The goal was to make the document accessible across the web, in a format that allowed for constant updates.
